Anyhow, so I was home with two very cranky and opinionated toddlers, Friday was such a whirlwind that I can't remember when it came and when it went, all I remember is I didn't get much time to go to the Gym during the day, and I kept thinking I will do so at 7 pm when the twins go to bed, but by 7 pm this Mumma was too tired to walk from here to there,leave alone go to the gym. :)
I thought Saturday would also be somewhat similar, however the twins got super tired by 9.45 am and went down for a nap, so off I went to the gym and really had a killer workout on Saturday, I did 45 minutes of cardio and then some leg strength circuit on the machines.
I did 30 minutes on the Treadmill
and then 15 on the Elliptical

Saturday was super duper busy, I got back from the gym and then did this
Yes, I made roti's and then we had lunch right after!
Big brother had his basket ball lessons in the afternoon so I went with him and husband stayed back with the twins, the lesson was for an hour.
So I went to Walmart in between his lesson time to get a gazebo for our Patio-Now that the Sun has decided to shows its face regularly (knock on wood) we thought, we might as well get a gazebo so we can enjoy some, meals and play outside.
So for the update on my SMART GOALS
Exercised 4 days instead of 5 -I'm okay with that
Have gained a pound since the last post but I'm okay with that too-since fluctuation is normal.
Sunday morning it suddenly dawned upon me that I was supposed to be working a different time zone shift from Sunday as I was covering someone who was on vacation starting Sunday-boo-so I worked from 2 pm, although it was not overloaded thankfully. I still had to be available for work.
Eating wise-it was great right till Saturday, One thing which is working well for me is tracking everything I eat, so that I am more conscious of what I put into my mouth.
Sunday went a little downhill, but I am back on track today.
So hopefully all should be good!
