So here are a few things I am going to be doing for that
- Start the Wednesday weigh in from today
- Go to the meeting even if I have had a "bad" week
- Get back to basics in terms of eating-So focus more on Simply filling foods
- Track every bite.
- Exercise at least 30 minutes everyday.
My weight today is up a couple pounds since my last meeting which is 168.4
Not a huge surprise.
I have still not got a Pedicure done this season, as I was so badly hoping to reach the 30 lbs goal.
I am going to put my mind to it and try and achieve this soon (before the summer is over)
